Resumo em português:	Este artigo reflete sobre as práticas e os discursos promovidos pelas educadoras com dois bebês que frequentaram o berçário de uma escola infantil e apresentavam sinais de risco de autismo precoce. Os casos são uma releitura de um trabalho de assessoramento de inclusão EP/PI/SMED, cujos efeitos assinalaram a importância de o assessor e de os educadores referenciarem o tratar e o educar como funções complementares na intervenção com bebês. Resumo em inglês:	This article reflects on the practices and discourses promoted by educators with two babies who attended the nursery of a kindergarten and showed signs of risk of early autism. The cases are a re-reading of an EP/PI/SMED inclusion advisory work, whose effects signaled the importance of the advisor and educators referencing treatment and education as complementary functions in intervention with babies. Resumo em português:	Neste trabalho, será abordado o tema do pai na transmissão da obra lacaniana a partir de dois momentos privilegiados em seu ensino: o seminário conhecido como O avesso da psicanálise e um seminário interrompido, Os nomes-do-Pai. Na única aula deste seminário, Lacan partiu dos nomes de Deus no Antigo Testamento para avançar no conceito de Nome-do-Pai. O Pai, enquanto Deus dos judeus, aparece ali sob três nomes, indicando por onde teria prosseguido aquele seminário: entre singular e plural dos nomes do Pai. Em O avesso da psicanálise, retoma as vertentes freudianas da narrativa edípica – Édipo, Pai da Horda e Moisés – extraindo delas o que opera enquanto estrutura discursiva. Afirma que o complexo de Édipo é um sonho de Freud que clama por interpretação. (AU)
Resumo em inglês:	In this article, we address the theme of the father in the transmission of the Lacanian work from two privileged moments in his teaching: the seminar known as The other side of psychoanalysis and an interrupted seminar, The names-of-the-Father. In the only class of this seminary, Lacan departed from the names of God in the Old Testament to advance the concept of Name-of-the-Father. The Father, as God of the Jews, appears there under three names, indicating where this seminary would have continued: between singular and plural of the Father’s names. On The other side of psychoanalysis, he takes up the Freudian strands of the Oedipal narrative – Oedipus, Father of the Horde and Moses – extracting from them what operates as a discursive structure. He claims that the Oedipus complex is a dream of Freud and calls for interpretation. (AU)

Resumo em português:	O período que antecedeu a elaboração do seminário O avesso da psicanálise por Lacan foi de forte convulsão social, cultural e política. O mundo e Paris eram sacudidos pelas reverberações da Revolução Cultural Chinesa, que animara desejos de mudança e de rompimento com velhos paradigmas. Lacan enfrentava nesse momento uma crise em sua escola em relação à formação e à nomeação de analistas. Essa crise institucional, social e política, Lacan a transforma, neste seminário, numa elaboração de referência tanto para a formação dos psicanalistas e sua práxis quanto para demonstrar a articulação entre os discursos e o laço social. Resumo em inglês:	The period preceding the elaboration of Lacan’s seminar L’envers: the other side of Psychoanalysis was one of strong social, cultural and political upheaval. The world and Paris were shaken by the reverberations of the Chinese Cultural Revolution, which had animated desires for change and breaking with old paradigms. Lacan was then facing a crisis in his own school around crucial issues of training and appointment of analysts. This institutional, social and political crisis, Lacan turns it, in this seminar, into a reference elaboration for psychoanalysts’ formation and praxis, as well as for demonstrating the articulation between discourses and the social bond. Resumo em português:	Nesse artigo, parte-se da hipótese que a supervisão psicanalítica é menos responsável pelo que o supervisor ensina sobre um caso ou explicita da teoria e mais pela transmissão de uma ética, a partir da sustentação do lugar de não saber tanto do lado do supervisionando quanto do lado do supervisor. A tese de sustentação é a de que o dispositivo de supervisão se constitui como interrogante ético e político da práxis psicanalítica, uma vez que capta o limite da clínica, da teoria e de sua formalização, possibilitando a entrada do não saber como motor. Resumo em inglês:	In the present study, we start with the hypothesis that as psychoanalytic supervision is less responsible for what the supervisor teaches about a case or theory and more responsible for the transmission of an ethic, based on the maintenance on a “non-knowing” position by the supervisor and supervisee alike. The thesis being that supervision is thus constituted as an ethical-political questioner of psychoanalytical praxis, as it allows the understanding of the limits of the clinic, theories and its formalizations, by the means of the “non-knowing” position. Resumo em português:	O presente ensaio busca colocar em debate a relação entre lei e gozo, tendo como pontos de partida a noção do assassinato do pai, a interdição ao gozo e a constituição da lei simbólica. As proposições freudianas sobre o mito do pai da horda primitiva e o assassinato do Grande Homem (Moisés), referentes à lei esvanecida e ao Édipo, comportam algumas consequências na ética de nosso tempo. Com esses instrumentos, herdados de Freud e de Lacan, é possível avançar nas questões sobre a ética desse tempo em que a relação com a alteridade mostra sua face mais obscura. (AU)
Resumo em inglês:	The present essay intends to discuss the relation between law and jouissance, having as starting points the notion of the murder of the father, the interdiction of the jouissance and the constitution of the symbolic law. The Freudian propositions on the myth of the father of the primordial horde and the murder of the Great Man (Moses), referring to the faded law and the Oedipus, have some consequences in the ethics of our time. With these instruments, inherited from Freud and Lacan, it is possible to advance in the questions about the ethics of that time in which the relationship with otherness shows its most obscure face. Resumo em português:	O texto trata do amor ao próximo, mandamento da tradição judaico-cristã, partindo de citações bíblicas, do questionamento de Freud e da retomada feita por Lacan no seminário sobre a ética. Recuar de amar ao próximo pode ser uma forma de resistência ao gozo, resistência a uma crueldade intolerável, uma vez que o gozo de um, ao implicar o outro, pode significar o seu mal e vice-versa. O próximo pode, no entanto, ser tomado para além da referência ao amor narcísico, ao gozo e à maldade, como possibilidade de reparar uma falha na estrutura, tal como foi proposto por Vegh, o que contribui para a reflexão acerca do mal-estar nos tempos sombrios em que vivemos. Resumo em inglês:	The text deals with the love of the neighbour, a commandment of the Judeo-Christian tradition, starting with biblical quotations, Freud’s questioning and the resumption made by Lacan in the seminar on ethics. To withdraw from loving one’s neighbour can be a form of resistance to jouissance, resistance to intolerable cruelty, since the jouissance of one, by implicating the other, can mean its evil and vice versa. The neighbour can, however, be taken beyond the reference to narcissistic love, to jouissance and evil, as a possibility to repair a lack in the structure, as proposed by Vegh, which contributes to the reflection on the discontents in the somber times in which we live. The study considers “drive circuit” as what can prevail in the social field, in situations in which the symbolic network does not sustain itself, making the most elementary condition of the subject emerge. By analysing the display of paternal jouissance, the issue of archaism, manifested in the contemporary political context of the country, is brought up for discussion, as well as psychoanalysts’ lack of interest in the subject of perversions. This has been a very present scenario in the current political situation in our country, Brazil. To what extent can the field of utopian studies and psychoanalysis provide critical tools for identifying and traversing these deserts? We sought to dialogue with Pierre Naville’s reflection in his book The Revolution and the Intellectuals (1975), in which he proposes the famous slogan: "It is necessary to organize pessimism". (AU)

Resumo em português:	Nesse artigo, vamos abordar a gestão social e política capitalizada por interesses de mercado para tratar de seus efeitos que devastam as regras de convivência e as relações de alteridade. Destacamos a lógica da guerra que favorece o estreitamento dos laços grupais que opera enquanto versão repaginada de um racismo que é destrinchado no conceito de necropolítica formulado por Achile Mbembe. Propomos um deslocamento da lógica da guerra para dialogar sobre a queda dos ideais e de algumas linhas de resistência que a psicanálise oferece para traçar direções para o futuro. (AU)
Resumo em inglês:	This paper will address the social and political management capitalized by market interests to deal with its effects that devastate the rules of coexistence and relations of otherness. We emphasize the logic of war that favors the narrowing of the group bond that operates as a repaginated version of a racism that is unraveled in the concept of necropolitics formulated by Achile Mbembe. We propose a shift of the logic of war to talk about the ideals downfall and some paths of resistance that psychoanalysis offers to tracenew directions for the future. (AU)

Resumo em português:	Esse artigo apresenta um projeto ainda não lançado – Museu das Memórias (In)Possíveis –, e elabora algumas conceitualizações importantes para esse projeto, tais como a noção de objeto que compõe o Museu e a proposta de intervenção sustentada na ética da psicanálise. A partir de dois objetos pertencentes às galerias do Museu – um anel fabricado em Auschwitz e o registro falado de uma ex-integrante do jornal Boca de Rua –, desenvolvemos essas questões estabelecendo diálogos com Antígona, de Sófocles, e com Mal de arquivo: uma impressão freudiana, de Jacques Derrida. Resumo em inglês:	This article presents an unpublished project – Museu das Memórias (In) Possíveis (Museum of (In)Possible Memories) – and elaborates some important conceptualizations, such as the notion of object that composes the Museum and the proposal of sustained intervention in the ethics of psychoanalysis. From two objects belonging to the galleries of the Museum – a ring fabricated in Auschwitz and the spoken register of a former member of the newspaper Boca de Rua – we developed these questions, establishing dialogues with Sophocles’ Antigone and with Archive fever: a Freudian impression, by Jacques Derrida. Resumo em inglês:	This text aims to ponder on the process of becoming a witness through the clinical experience developed in the Clínicas do Testemunho (roughly, Clinical Studies of Witnessing) project, in Brazil. In order to do so, two cases are addressed. We seek to understand how meanings are reconstructed through the psychic process demanded by the act of witnessing, but also through the socio-political conditions of reception that the narrative provides in each of the occasions in which it is constructed. Percorrendo as ideias freudianas de trauma, posterioridade e cisão do ego, busca-se demonstrar como o efeito disruptivo do real encontra – a partir de fragmentos de memória – ancoragem na escuta analítica de sujeitos que sofreram violência de Estado e que torna possível um "caminho de volta" na história de vida. Resumo em inglês:	The article presents, from Clinic of Testimony project starting point, the destructiveness as an evil theme when the State violence generates the dismissal of the subject and the other as alterity. Going through freudians ideas of trauma, posterity and splitting of the ego, looks to demonstrate from fragments of memory how the disruptive effect of the real finds anchorage in the analytical listening of subjects who suffered state violence which then makes possible a "way back" in the life story.
